A/N: Reading S3 spoilers got me all excited about crooner!Blaine again, so I'm back to the '60's Heartthrob Blaine' universe again (yes, apparently it's a universe now). These ones are set before the last post. This time with added Hummelberry friendship!

I miss Heartthrob!Blaine - one of the (many) reasons why disliked Blame It (and oblivious!inconsiderate!Blaine from the second half of S02) was that he kinda disappeared from fandom.

Unforch, Blaine looks about as interesting as Lawrence Welk. You can totes tell the studio is trying to hide his marihuana addiction, the photos of him coming out of those gay clubs in LA, and his commie leanings.

(I make my own fun.)

Thank you! I grew up with my dad's old record collection, so it was a lot of fun trying to mimic the appearance. If I remember correctly, 45 Extended Play records held 4 songs instead of 2, though I've only seen a couple of them.

You really got all the little details,, like the serial nos (so important to collectors now) and the weirdly placed lines.

These pics are almost enough to mAke me breK my ban on fanfic and write a premodern velvet goldmine inspired biopic. I love how Kurt and Rachel look like siblings -- natch, K will hop a bus to Hollywood and meet Blaine on the set of his third movie, Beach BlAnket Bloodbath.

BlaIne and Kurt (stylist and seamstress to the biggest epics) stay an open secret inn Hwood until the -80s, when their friends start dropping like flies from the AIDS epidemic. Late in life, they have a new cruisade.
