A/N: This is a bit of a strange one, but it was one of those fics I just had to get out of my head.  Minor spoilers for the first two seasons, set after 'Ashes and Dust'.  I apologize for any medical/psychological innaccuracies (I'm really not an expert in either, so all of it was based on minor internet research and television adaptations - rarely a reliable combination).
